How do telephone sessions work?

For most goals or problems, NLP by phone is as effective as in-person sessions.

I work with clients across the U.S., in Europe, and in other countries around the world.

The primary requirement of NLP by phone is that we communicate verbally (in English) and with sound.

It is important for you to have a quiet, private space for the session, and that you make arrangements not to be interrupted. "Call waiting" should be turned off. Your location might be your office, anywhere in your home, in your parked car, or even outside while you take a walk in a quiet park or neighborhood. Your environment is up to you. However, I do not conduct NLP sessions while people are driving or doing anything else which requires their primary attention for safety.

I recommend that you use a hands-free telephone headset so you don't have to hold the phone with one hand, and that you have a simple chair (if possible) for sitting which allows you to sit in a comfortably straight position for certain NLP processes.

It is a good idea to have a pencil and paper handy for taking notes.

Making the Call

If you live inside the continental U.S., I will make the phone call to you unless you strongly prefer to call me.

If you live in another country, I ask that you make the phone call to me. Phone rates are reasonable in most countries and do not add significantly to the cost of a 2-hour NLP session. Check your provider for rates.

Method of Payment

All NLP phone sessions, domestic and international, require payment by credit card. I do not accept personal or company checks. I do accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
